I still have suspicions he's using that avatar for two reasons:
1. Because he likes bacon.
2. To mess with my head.

But (forgive my forgetting the perfect tenses and all those exact labels) "will concern" simply cannot work because the reciever of the message is reading it and is giving attention to it, and saying "will concern" means a message that sits perpetually in need of an audience to be concerned about it. It's a verb-tense agreement thingy.
The real Alfred the Great I am very sure would have understood this.

America needs to take a chainsaw to the Puritan, prudish, uptight, life wasting sensibilities and start making more deranged, disturbing, dark, morbid and grotesque things like the Germans, Japanese or even the bloody English. And bleed dry this nonsense that gets upset over a bare tit on TV.
