Foster claimed that aborted fetuses were powering Baltimore street lights. To be clear, they are not.

Well they could be confused from now until Friday afternoon here...just started to snow here...and from now until midnight it is snow, sleet, rain, freezing rain....then a 4 hour break...then at 4am Friday it starts to snow...
