My visitor just munched on the cat food..Ours, named "Gray Possum", likes to dine in my compost bin.
Everything goes in it (anerobic composting eventually).....meat, bones, veggies.

I just read that without remembering the prior posts, lol...without context, first thought goes to carrying a human baby around...what, by the diaper? Our prior golden retriever once picked up a baby and paraded around the back yard with it. A cookie was sufficient to get her to release it and then we took the dog indoors. When we checked later, it was gone.
A possum?I should not have eaten that

In my experience, retrievers are wonderful dogs around children. Them and rottweilers. Having hair pulled, being screamed at, turned into a jungle gym, slapped and smacked, and yet I've never known one to even give a warning snip over such things. Our prior golden retriever once picked up a baby and paraded around the back yard with it. I think I'll start using the pink text instead of purple. Or maybe a blue color.
IDK. I've grown tired of purple.
It's so windy today that I don't even have my windows open and I'm getting a breeze. I heard my window frame sound like it about cracked, and it made me jump and remember the time when I was asleep at my old house, and on a windy day the wind actually shattered the glass and blew it towards me. It's possible that at that very moment I set the world record for the fastest anyone has ever covered up with their blanket.
I'm with Draka--no pink! except to highlight a point on occasion. Blue would be nice and easy on the eyes.I don't know if this will make you rethink your choice, but just IMO, that pink is a bit on the bright harsh side for reading. For highlighting of words or points, okay, but consistently?...I find it hard on the eyes. Again, JMO.
It's also extremely rare for them to have rabies (their body temperature is too low for it), and they don't really pose any threat to cats and dogs. As far as I can tell, cats and opossums get along just fine, and while opossums wont attack dogs, dogs are prone to attacking them.Just found this about our furry friends...

They're usually too big (well, adults are) for cats to mess with...anything but a very small dog would probably probably be able to kill it outright...although our dog thought she had done a good job defending us from the marauders on a number of occasions, but in the end only killed two. The rest, once we got her to drop them and come back inside, would get up a few minutes later, give themselves a shake, and trundle off into the woods as if nothing had happened. We scared one up one time, and it waddled past a big tree to climb up a sapling that was about five feet tall. It clambered up as high as it could get and hung there looking at us...I could have easily walked over and grabbed it off the tree, or let Abby have it, but we left it be. They're not the brightest critters, but they've got their place in the world...It's also extremely rare for them to have rabies (their body temperature is too low for it), and they don't really pose any threat to cats and dogs.
