I love when smells can do that sort of thing. Transport us. Had that happen when I was making this sort of eggs dish once for breakfast. Something about the combination of seasonings I used and I was suddenly reminded of my Grandmother's kitchen. Like I could picture being in it. A certain perfume, food, flower, they just take us back.I just ate my first ginger snap in about 30 years, and I can practically smell my Grandmother's house again. She was a great lady.
