Scary things:
spiders
having a dream that your teeth are all falling out
not being able to find your puppy dog (or child)
driving on a really busy road in a town which you are unfamiliar with
walking to your car in the dark, especially when you have to walk really far, with no one around who would notice if someone attacked you
having a bug bite and thinking that spiders may have laid eggs under your skin
a big scary dog running up at you, and looking like he might attack you
someone yelling "call 911"
a butterfly which flies at you while you are walking
when you accidently make a deep cut on yourself and you wonder just how deep it is, and if it will be fatal
having the suspicion that someone might be following you, especially if you are all alone
when you hear a cricket, and it sounds REALLY close
when someone throws fire at you
being trapped in a small space and not being able to get out
running down a hill so fast that you cannot stop, and you constantly feel like you might trip and fall on your face
going to a funeral
someone who is really angry and might attack you
when you are walking outside at night and you hear leaves and sticks moving in the woods, and it might be a guy or a mean wolf
someone who is cleaning a gun and pointing it in all directions. they say it isn't loaded, but what if it is, and it shoots you?
hospital waiting rooms
veins
climbing up a really steep hill of dirt, and falling off of it pretty far
going outside to investigate something that your mom said she doesn't know what it was, but you want to know
if you've accidentally done something that will make someone else really angry
if you've done something like that on purpose, only know it will make someone else really angry, and you regret having done it
when something explodes and you hadn't expected it
