It's fun being forced to work while you're sick. :D

One of my good friends turned 21 this past June. I got obliterated. By the end of the night I had asked my waiter...well I slurred at my waiter to please give me a to-go cup. He brought back two kid's sippy cups, and I poured the rest of my drinks into those. One had a straw and one didn't. So I was sipping alcohol from these little kiddy cups--the one without the straw I just sucked it through the hole in the lid.

Anyways, my whole point is that I totally forgot I had to be at work at 8am the next morning. I'm sure everyone has had that experience. That was the worst day I've had in a loooooong while, physically at least. And I had to be there early because important manager people were visiting. Oh my gosh...terrible, so terrible!!!!

Bonus, though! That night at my friend's party I found 20 bucks on the ground! :bounce :jiggy: You should have seen me in my drunkenness trying to be all stealthy...hahahaha. Someone thought I was falling over but I was just trying to pick it up. :p

Ha ha. :D I actually haven't ever had a hangover when I had to work. I don't drink a lot though, since it's illegal for me to do so. I've gone to work while I was sick lots of times though. Because I go to school and work always, even if I'm sick. I don't have a job anymore though. I don't like working, so I stopped.

I've got enough moneys saved to where I don't need to work. And I think if I started working, in addition to school, I'd want to be dead. I've done school and work at the same time before, and it results in much depression and anger. Of course I'm increasingly angry lately, just because I'm ****** off at how life is going right now, but if I added work to that... I might end up stabbing someone.

Isn't everyone in debt forever?? I think that's the whole point of life... to work to pay off your debts. And then give your debts to your family to pay off once you die... And unless their name isn't on the card as well, they have to pay it off. So don't put your spouce's name on your credit cards, because then if you die, they are screwed.

Hahaha...yea. This is why I hate money...

I believe The Verve said it best:

"Trying to make ends meet
You're a slave to money then you die....
Trying to make ends meet
Trying to find some money then you die"

Yep. That's just what the government wants. They want each one of us to work hard and be good until we die, so our children and their children can all do the same. Let's all just get this done, do this life and be done with it in an orderly fashion.
