Hmmm... It's a difficult subject. Even though you might not really like him, would you still be sad if he died? I used to think I wouldn't care if my dad died, but I sort of do. I don't know. It's a really strange thing to talk about. Does he get treatment for his diabetes?

I went to Dairy Queen today. I bought a watermellon slushie though. Not a blizzard. I'm always sick of a blizzard when I'm half-way done with it. I wish they sold an extra-small one.

I dunno. I've thought about it a lot. He's just such a prick. I walked into the house tonight and he greeted me with, "Is that you, **** hook?" Like, what the HELL kind of father says that to their daughter when they walk in the door? He redeems himself once like every few weeks or so. :rolleyes: Yea, he takes insulin but......not how he should, I don't think. He's always passing out in cars or in the kitchen........

No, definitely not joking, unfortunately.....that's not even the worst thing he has called me. I would say it on here but you guys would probably flip out. :( I know I do.....but whatever...........he's lame!

And it all doesn't matter because I got into California State University in Los Angeles!!! :D I gotta talk it over with my mom, regarding the money situation, but she knows how much I want to go there so......!!!! :bounce

That's nice that your mom will help you pay. :D I sometimes wish my parents had made me a college fund. (sometimes=always in this context)

I know! My sister got money for college from my uncle because he had set it aside for her and he died in like..1995 or something. Nothing for me! :( I really wish my parents had the foresight to do the same...as much as my mom gripes at me about saving money, she didn't save me anything for a time like this!

My older sister and I reminded the parents from the time we were in middle school even. "Will you please make us a college fund? Just put $5 in there each week... It will add up..." But they wouldn't listen. I guess it doesn't matter though, since I'm not living on campus and the college pays me to go there... But maybe if they had made me a fund, I would have gone to a different college instead of just the closest one. Man... If I was rich, I could go to school to become what I want to be instead of what I can afford to be. I don't want to be in debt for the rest of my life, so I just picked what I think I can do and won't hate as my major instead of what I'd want to do the most. (which I don't know what that is... but it doesn't matter.)

Well... I'mma take Baggins aoot fer a pee. It's been nice weather aoot fer tha past coupla daeys, an I reckon I'll take a miner walk aoot side iff'en my Baggin gotsta wee anywaeys. Then we'll be goin ta sleep prolly iff'en my Baggin doesn't decide to whine all nite like he has been a lawt latelie. He jus loves ta hump, an' any time he ain't a-humpin, he gets right whiney. G'night.

Oh man. I didn't even think to ask mine about saving monies. They probably wouldn't have done it either, so don't feel bad. :p

And yea....I never even thought I'd go to college. I failed/dropped out the first year because I didn't want to be there. Then I started just working...and then realized I needed college so I didn't have to work retail the rest of my life. Hopefully this money situation will work out because I can't settle. I can't think of anything else I would wanna do forever...I mean I could but it would probably end with me being very depressed. Ha! :D

Aren't you going to be a teacher? I hate kids!!! So I know I could never do that...actually, I could if they were high school kids. I would joke around with them, I think.
