And i'm having to use a Mac bloody computer and i really don't want anymore CHEESE

Mac computers are ****. They replaced all of the perfectly fine working computers in the library at my university with ****** mac computers whose keys will probably all be gone by the end of the semester. The other computers were so much better. X_X

While I was in high school, one of other high schools in town (the one that was geared to students who were just going to be able to graduate high school) offered "Service Station Attendant I" and "Service Station Attendant II". The second course was more advanced: you learned what to do when the truck came for the fuel delivery.

I was watching a hitchens debate. (Vrs boteach) And in it boteach claimed that one proof for god is how intelligent hitchens is.

And hitchens didn't use it... Wow... Boteach is some preacher dude on the oprah and friends network and Hitchens is obvious a worldly, well travelled intellectual so to say hitchens just destroyed him is really not new information for anyone.

Nonetheless great debate. (And yes I am still reading God is not great....) Obviously I was not educated enough as I cant help but stop and research points hitchens keep raising....

Public school history classes - In america, both world wide and american discounting college as I never took any college level history courses... are a joke. Honestly I am thinking of going back to school just for history. I don't need any more degrees but I need to be able to read a Hitchen's book without stopping every 10 pages to research things I never learned.

Thats a clear will power roll. -1 if you have the quirk loves pizza (Is automatic as an american in fact it might be a disadvantage to hate pizza as an american... Well... i guess the concern is what kind of pizza? Anchovie? I would probably grant +5 to the roll unless you love anchovies in which case another -1.

This is a conversation I overheard between two stoned looking college boys at the Chinese buffet here in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. My wife had gone to get another plate and these guys were at the next table. They didn't crack a smile but I was red in the face trying to contain myself...

You heard about Eric and the soup?

No...

He ordered turtle soup in a restaurant and was upset afterwards when he learned it had turtle meat in it.

Why would that upset him?

He thought it was gross - like eating a squirrel or a rat or something. He thinks turtles are like rodents.

Well, what did he expect? It's called turtle soup.

Yeah, but he thought it was just a name - like turtle cheesecake.

What - he thought it would have caramel and nuts in it or something? In soup?

I dunno. I wasn't there.

He's not from around here, is he?

No - I think he's from Washington state or Oregon or somewhere like that.

Don't they have turtles there?

I think they have sea turtles.

Can you eat those?...

It was a cheese pizza from Dominoes. If it had anything other than mushrooms, olives, pineapple, or chicken on it, I wouldn't have accepted it. And I did eat it because I was hungry. It was around 11:40am and I never eat breakfast. I had just gotten out of my 10-11:40 class and I was walking to my car so I could drive somewhere and buy lunch... and that's when the free half-pizza was offered.

He said "Hey, do you want half a pizza?"

At first I was just going to decline, my common sense kicking in and whatnot... but then I thought to myself... this will save me about $5 on lunch... so I said "what kind?"

and he said "Cheese. I just bought it because it was cheap. I'm just going to throw the rest away."

So I said "Ok! Thanks!"

and it was delicious.
