I used shiny green. :D

Charlie, our other weenah doesn't mind having her toenails painted... I tried to get Baggins while he was asleep, but every time I opened the nail polish bottle, he smelled it and woke up. He's got three painted toenails on his front left paw now... My fingernails are currently each painted a different colour. :D it looks pretty cool. It's begining to chip off though. :(

I'm going shopping with my mom and younger sister tomorrow. My older sister never does anything with us anymore. I guess she and I did wander around campus today, talking to one of her professors, and one of mine. Then we went to a clothing store and she showed me stuff she might want for x-mas holiday presents. It's a rarity that she'll want to do anything fun anymore though.

Anyway, I'm already about through with buying x-mas presents! O_O I just need to get something else for my mom, something for my grandpa, and something for grandma #2 whom I dislike greatly but have to buy something for because I'm expected to. maybe something for Baggins too. He ran outside to greet me today, but it wasn't in the fenced part of the yard! And he wasn't on a leash or anything... I was scared that he might run away and get lost. But he didn't. He ran up to me and I grabbed him up... We cannot just let him run around out in the open... I'm not sure if he likes me enough to stay without being forced to... You guys... what if he doesn't like me? What if he escapes one day and runs away and never comes back? I'd kill myself.

Our Asta (may Jesus take mercy on his doxie soul) was a squirrelly dog and escaped the yard a few times. Once he was gone for 6 hours and I was terrified he was gone forever. But he came back. He just wanted to run his paws through the grass of stranger's lawns. Asta liked us and Baggins likes you; daschunds just need to raise hell every now and then.

At first I thought I'd prefer not to live with a host family, but maybe I'd like it. It would just depend on the people. maybe they could be my new family. :D I could have a new mom and dad, and maybe new siblings. :D It would just depend on if they are nice people or not. You'd think only nice people would be willing to let some strange college kid live in their house, but I do have to pay them... so maybe they are just doing it for money and really won't want me there at all... :( If I do get a new family, I hope they like me.
