I was expelled once for setting fire to the languages block at my hated school...thats understandable...I was endangering others and destroying property...but drinking?

Am at parents' for a few. Neighbour's cat has come in, and made herself comfy on my lap. Why do they have to dig their nails in? Kind of ow.
They do that as kittens..to massage milk from their mother's teats.
Cats generally see humans as parental figures.

it was during school hours and a teacher saw and I told the principal and they got expelled and it's a good reason

Coming from the UK (as does Primordial Annihilator) that's a very harsh punishment. If a pupil was caught drinking in most UK schools it'd be confiscated and drunk in the staff room. The pupil would either get a detention or maybe an exclusion for a couple of days.
It's the same with smoking. Most of the time the teachers would just say "stub it out and hand over the rest".
