Just found out today I need my second surgery on my left knee. My last one was five and a half years ago and was to replace my ACL. This surgery is to try to relieve arthritis pain, torn cartilage, and the ACL graft is tearing. Fun, fun, fun.:cover:

Try club crackers, sprite/7up or ginger ale, Tums with calcium are always good(check with doc first), ice cubes and/or ice water(drove the teens nuts, it was all I wanted), anything bland will usually do.
