I really like his song Germs. That song shows that Al is indeed a very serious song writer, with the ability to imitate the sound of Nine Inch Nails in a way that most bands that try to can't. And then there is Yoda, which is all I hear when the song Lola is being played. And then his many Christmas songs that in my opinion are the only Christmas songs worth listening to. And the movie UHF is definitely worth checking out if you haven't seen it.
And he is a very friendly guy. When I saw him it was on a school night and the school aged kids got to be in line first to get autographs. Which I don't know of many bands that stick around to sign autographs after a show, or chat with the fans that aren't back stage. My dad was in an arm cast when I saw him, and he got his cast signed by Al and the rest of the band.

who the hell was on watch and forgot to put two lanterns in the watchtowers? Damned sailors have invaded New York city. Bad enough the ferry is crowded as it is. Now the tourist have more of a reason to take up room.

Oh, God! I have been praying for Missouri and Oklahoma and other states! I am glad you survived, these tornadoes have been really frightening. I keep wondering if they'll go as far west as Colorado, where my family lives.

Thanks. I feel sorry for the people who got hit. It was pretty bad in Joplin. I think the death toll is now up to 125. I really keep wondering with these tornadoes. I hope mother nature's mood swings will eventually calm down. Seems we've been getting a lot of natural disasters lately.
