PICKLES THE KID
I've gotten hurt this whole week! I have a pain under my eye, a pain in my left knee, and pain in my right hip and my thumb is bruised. -_- And you think your week was bad. -_-
And I found out I am getting an award and $50!!!(; Want to know why? Well, in the beginning of the school year, I was having a terrible time in math, and Mr. Thompson, my VP, and my math teacher, Mrs. Rolf, told me to keep trying my hardest and I took their words to the heart and I did try my hardest. I now have an A in math and the award is for just doing my best.:)

My lower back hurts so much that I have a hard time sitting straight. Maybe it's because I overslept in the wrong position?

When my best friend kicked out her boyfriend, he left behind a few books and she asked me if I wanted them. Two of them are books from the Resident Evil series, but really caught my eye (and I recognized without even seeing the cover) was the Book of Nod and a first edition of the Annotated Dracula by Leonard Wolf (unfortunately it does have some binding damage and slight water damage, but I'm not complaining). All she asked for in return is worth about five bucks, but there is no way I could knowingly short my friend like that knowing the Book of Nod is out of print and White Wolf barely being in existence, and the Dracula book is quite a collectors piece.

I'm trying to stick to my diet so very well but, I'm having such a HUGE craving for some ice cream or a milk shake right now. It's taking every bit of willpower I have not to slip my shoes on, grab my purse and coat, and head to McyD's for a Shamrock shake. :( But they are just WAY too many calories. Shoot, more calories in one small shake than there is in a normal sized meal for me. And then my mind wanders to a Snickers Ice Cream bar from the gas station down the street. This must stop. :(

You can do it! Think on the body you´ll have! watching yourself in the mirror thinking "oh yes, I so diserve this" and then flex in front of an ice cream and say "look and cry you creammy cream of craving doom!"

That´ll show it to it!

:p I decided to stick a light yogurt in the freezer for a little bit to get it extra cold and while I'm waiting I'm having a cold glass of water. I figure I'll take care of the cold craving and a bit of the sweet craving as well with the cherry cobbler yogurt. Trick my craving as it were. ;)

What is that diet for? To loose weight or something? Well Draka, according to the study I've conducted last, last year with a dietician and a nutritionist (for my thesis), people who have small frequent feeding has higher tendency to loose weight than those who skip their meals, remove certain foods on their diet, etc. The key is that you eat small amount of food, about 5-6 times a day so that you won't feel hungry and perhaps avoid those cravings too.

I'm doing just fine losing weight and I don't usually have cravings at all...except for the natural ones women usually get at certain times ;) I think I've got a pretty good and healthy system down for weight loss actually. I shed just a few more ounces and I can officially say I've lost 50lbs. I've gone from a size 18 to a size 12 and intend to lose 25 to 30 more lbs. A size 8 to 10 would be great.

That's quiet cool replacement for those stuff that you crave for.:)
