Here's the thing about foot cramps:

They hurt...

But they make my toes get stuck in funny positions!!

I sometimes move my foot into foot cramps to make them go in those odd directions. No, I am not a nut case.

It's so funny when my foot cramps, because I get excited and show whomever is in the room with me how messed up my toes look... My mom looks at me like I'm crazy... and she says "doesn't it hurt?"

I say "Yes, but look how funny it looks!"

I sometimes feel the urge to just be really mean and yell at people for no apparent reason... I usually don't actually yell at them... but I almost do... I almost do... grrrrrr... I'm so mad right now, but I don't know why...

When you get mad, Hannah, yell at an imaginary person. Do it alone, though. When people see someone yelling at no one in public, I have noticed they move their children away quickly. (They are harmless, though. I believe they can see spirits not visible to the rest of us or at least I think I do).

Green Tea:

I have a bottle of Citrus Green Tea. It is Lipton brand. I think my aunt brought it over after my dad died. Someone did. No one else will drink it, so I'm drinking it. It isn't that good. It tastes like a mixture between tea and fruit punch... neither of which I really like... Why am I drinking it??

There are usually two flies flying about... walking on my computer screen, or running up and down my arms.
But where are they now? I cannot see or hear them.
Have they finally gone to sleep? Or perhaps their tiny little fly lives have ended.

My stepfather always drank green tea with all his meals. Way back in the 70s (when he first moved into our home), as well as now.

Velvet Burger is sooo goood. The only place I know that does burgers of an edible quality, and in portions large enough to feed me for 2 days. My favourites:

Goneburger - chicken breast with a beef patty and a venison patty AND bacon with sauce and green things
Snufalafelpus - Falafel burger! Falafel patty with a wonderfully spiced sauce and vege-type things
King Con Carne - Chilli con carne spiced beef patty with onion, garlic, and (strange, but OH so good) mango (along with sauce and more leafy things)

I feel like I'm going to explode - I ate too much. I still have half a Morrocan spiced beef burger in the fridge, quietly beckoning me...
