@Gargovic Malkav, thank you for your kind mention of me (and many others) in the Random Positive Words Thread! I admire how you, with no religious upbringing, studied various religious texts to arrive at the faith that serves you best today. May that faith always bring you peace and comfort.

@JustGeorge, your gentle presence on the forum is an inspiring example for me. It encourages me to avoid the rancor that sometimes explodes in various politics threads (I don't always succeed, unfortunately!), and your frequent changes of your avatar are enjoyably surprising (I'm always looking forward to your next one). I love your creativity especially.

@VoidCat, I'm learning more about transgender people every day on account of you. Your gentle humor in some of the stories you've personally shared with me, as well as the times you've mentioned the ways in which you've been mistreated, make me want to stand up for you and others in the transgender community who are facing the same challenges you are. May life get better for you as you approach your life's goals.

@Debater Slayer, thank you for facilitating solutions to obstacles in creative and productive ways. Your people skills are awesome.

There are so many other members of this forum who inspire me in some way, make me laugh (in a good way!), inform me, and make me want to keep coming back for more. Here are some: @Heyo, @ChristineM, @Snow White, @mangalavara. @rosends, @Harel13, @Orbit, @Rival, @Mock Turtle, @dybmh, @Quagmire, @Ella S., to name only a few that immediately come to mind. There are so many of you and I apologize for missing out many more names that should be in my list. Y'all make this forum a truly great and and wonderful place to hang out at!

Well being a grumpy old bear, I have nothing positive to say about anyone other than things like I positively do not like them, or they are positively annoying...and I don't think that is what this is about...so until I have something nice to say, and don't hold your breath.... TTFN

Translation:
He who is satisfied with gain which comes of its own accord, who is free from duality and does not envy, who is steady in both success and failure, is never entangled, although performing actions. BG 4.22
I do have envy. That's not good according to Baha'u'llah but it is a feeling and feelings just are.
Religion only makes me feel worse about myself, and I already feel bad enough so I do not need to feel worse.

6. O Son of Earth!
Know, verily, the heart wherein the least remnant of envy yet lingers, shall never attain My everlasting dominion, nor inhale the sweet savors of holiness breathing from My kingdom of sanctity.
The Hidden Words of Baha'u'llah
