I would hope so. I personally wouldn't take such a risk, though I do agree it is quite a tempting prospect to see everyone's heads explode.

Yes and no. Not only does one need to be selected prior to January 20th, but who's selected needs to work on getting security briefings and advice along with selecting subordinates in his department.
