Salam. Welcome to the forum. I hope you like it here.

As for your questions, Yes, sunni hadiths, and shia hadiths both mention the re-appearance of Jesus (peace be upon him). And the Holy Quran also does. Please see: Az-Zukhruf 61.

"And [Jesus] shall be a Sign of the Hour [of Judgment]; therefore have no doubt about it, and follow Me: this is a straight way." (43:61)

I hope it helps. ma salam.

Will the Muslims then follow Jesus?

First of all, we believe Islam is not a new religion. It is the religion of all Prophets.

Secondly, you can study the need for Prophets on http://www.al-islam.org

Or if you say you already know it, then you can apply it for Prophet Muhammad also. It is the same reason of the need which was for Abraham when Noah had brought the message of God to the people. Same need for Moses when Abraham had brought the message. Same need for Jesus when Moses had brought the message. And, etc.

Thanks

Allah has ordained that Quran is sole one criteria to judge the matters in Islam 6:114, 47:2, 6:19, 10:15, 5:44. And Quran is very clear about Jesus.

1- Jesus did not die on Cross 4:157 . Quran never denies his nailing on Cross but forcefully denies his death on Cross. He did not die on Cross but It seemed (Subalahum) to them as So he was died but was not died. (in deep coma a person mistakenly might look as dead)

2- Allah raised Jesus in honor. Not physically to sky at all 4:158

3- Jesus later died at old age naturally 3:55, 5:116-117, 3:144
This is very clear truth of Quran but priesthood changes translation of many verses of Quran in order to validate their some unsound beliefs. For example verse 43:61 has no any relation with Jesus nor Allah has mentioned any name of Jesus in verse 43:61. But our Mullahs place in bracket (JESUS) during Translation. Word Inna-Hu in 43:61 points to Quran that Quran is the source to know that day of resurrection is a reality.

4- There is tons of multiple historical evidence that fully confirms the truth of Quran that we have mentioned above.

6- Quran makes clear that Dead do not return to earth. So 2000 years are passed, Jesus did not return and even a billion years pass, he will never; because dead do not return.

7- Even in all 4 Gospels of 4th Century Mark Mathew Luke and John, we do not find any trace of ascension and return of Jesus. That story was added up much later in Gospel of Mark, and later other Gospel writers copied that story from Mark.

8- Jesus the exalted and Mohammad the exalted were mortal human beings like all other humans (Quran) except they used to receive Wahi (Revelations) from GOD.

9- Besides, from 4 Gospels, in three, Jesus is written as Jesus son of Joseph. No any verse of Quran says: That Jesus was born with out human father. Quran tells story of birth of Jesus which is like birth-stories of John the Baptist (Prophet Yahya) and Prophet Is'haq son of Prophet Abraham. And all know that neither John the Baptist nor Is'haq were born with out human father.

10- Prophet left behind no any written hadith except Written Quran 15:9. Six Sunni canonized Hadith Books were made up 250-400 years after death of Prophet. According to our decades research that Books are not reliable at all. So we refrain to use any reference from that Books

Abdu Samad said it all . No verse mentioned that Jesus is coming back . On the contrary Jesus' death is confirmed in Qur'an . Those verses Shia and Sunni uphold to establish the second coming of Jesus are irrelevant . You may can read a detail discussion about this issue in Quranist DIR :

Of course verse 43.61 have everything to do with Jesus like said Matemkar.
You can make your own opinion if all those verses are related to Jesus or not and define if the verse 61 is or not about Jesus :

43.57 And when the son of Mary was presented as an example, immediately your people laughed aloud.

43.58 And they said, "Are our gods better, or is he?" They did not present the comparison except for [mere] argument. But, [in fact], they are a people prone to dispute.

43.59 He was not but a servant upon whom We bestowed favor, and We made him an example for the Children of Israel.

43.60 And if We willed, We could have made [instead] of you angels succeeding [one another] on the earth.

43.61 And indeed, he will be [a sign for] knowledge of the Hour, so be not in doubt of it, and follow Me. This is a straight path.

43.63 And when Jesus brought clear proofs, he said, "I have come to you with wisdom and to make clear to you some of that over which you differ, so fear Allah and obey me.

43.64 Indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. This is a straight path."

43.65 But the denominations from among them differed [and separated], so woe to those who have wronged from the punishment of a painful Day.

43.66 Are they waiting except for the Hour to come upon them suddenly while they perceive not?

It's true that the name of Jesus doesn't appear in the verse 61 in arabic, but if you read all the verses you understand that "he" is Jesus. Then how can he will be a sign of the Hour (end of time) if he is not coming back ?

The rest is in the hadiths.

Understand that all those who said they reject the hadiths in reality use them to know many things like wudhu, how to make the prayer, what was the life of Muhammad (saw) and all his companions and family etc ...

You or your Mullahs are not allowed to play with Book of Allah. If Allah has not placed name of Jesus in 43:61, then leave it as it is, and do not add in brackets (Jesus) in 43:61 in order to support your fiction.

Quranic verses 43:57-63 have NO ANY relation with return of Jesus.

Verses 43:57-59 talk about Jesus but CLEARLY not about his return. Verses 43:60-61-62 do not talk about Jesus/Eisa AT ALL & these three verses has no any relation with Jesus.

In verse 43:57-58, Quran tells that Jesus and Angels are not god But La Ilaha Ill-Allah.

In verse 43:59, Quran tells: Jesus was nothing but [a mortal human being] a servant Allah whom Allah had graced [with prophethood], and whom Allah made an example for the children of Israel. So There is no any trace of his return in this verse at all.

Verse 43:60 is implying not only that Jesus was not a supernatural being, but that the angels, too, are mere created beings finite in their existence – as indicated by the phrase “succeeding one another” – and, therefore, utterly removed from the status of divinity. So again there is no any trace of return of Jesus in this verse too.

In verse 43:61, there no any name of Jesus nor that verse has any relation with Jesus, nor this verse tells in any sense that [Already dead] Jesus will drop again on this earth.

Verse 43:62 gives warning to take care about Satan that is enemy of human beings, and this verse has no any trace of Jesus or his so called return (The most deluding fiction in mankind history).

Verse 43:63 tells that Jesus told his people; listen me what I tell you and be conscious of God
Quran does not tell the matters like a continuous chapter of your school book of history. DIVINE BOOK has its own style. In many cases, one verse talks about one subject & the next one about another. If you see name of Prophet Solomon in one Sura/chapter of Quran, that does not necessarily mean, that whole chapter is talking only about Prophet Solomon. Therefore you cannot place name of Prophet Solomon in barcket [Solomon] in those verses of same page that has no any relation with Prophet Solomon. In same way, the translator, the beast who first time placed name of Jesus in bracket [Jesus] in verse 43:61 was one of the filthiest criminals on the face of planet and Hell is waiting for that evildoer who did offense on the book of Allah and misguided majority of blindly following Muslims.

Summary: Quranic verses 43:57-63

The subject matter in these verses is very clear which is that “Do not commit idle worshiping, Do not believe that Jesus is god. Believe: Only there is one deity that is Allah. No where is any trace of return of Jesus in these verses but there is no any shame or honor for these criminal Mullahs and their blindly following pets who openly shamelessly twist verses of Noble Quran in order to support a fiction “Return of Jesus” that was invented by Pauline Christians.

We have studied the oldest bibles of 4rd century ourselves & there is no any trace of Ascend/Descend of Jesus in these hand written old manuscripts [Proof is ahead]. They added this fiction in the bible of Mark centuries later. Other bibles’ writers then copied this fiction from Mark’s bible; & Persian Hadith Imams generously added this fable in hadith book 100rds of years after Prophet. These Mullahs and their brainwashed blindly following disciples have no fear from Allah that they twist BOOK of Allah in order to justify their fables. Is there a bigger crime than the crime of twisting verses of Quran?

No any Mullah or their fable-lover students are allowed to add their own words in verses of Quran. In verse 43:61, there is no any name of Jesus, So leave it as it is. Do not add name of Jesus in that verse in order to justify a fiction. If we start to add names like this; every one will try to add in verses many other names to justify their own fictions, and it will be total mess & distortion of translations of Book of Allah.

DO NOT ADD A WORD IN A VERSE THAT ALLAH HAS NOT ADDED. Does Allah forget? NO

Dr. Allama Mohammad Asad Ph.D was an internationally recognized Scholar through out the world in all continents. Dr. Mohammad Iqbal Ph.D a founding father of Pakistan was one of the greatest genius of Islam of 1400 years Islamic History, and Dr. Allama Mohammad Asad was his student and colleague. Asad was also right hand of Founding Father of Pakistan “Mohammad Ali Jinah” for to implement “reconstruction of thoughts” in Islam. Asad’s “Message of Quran” with commentary is considered the best unbiased un-twisted English translation of Quran. Asad translated following verses as follow:
file1.jpeg

Quran 43:61 (Asad) AND, BEHOLD, this [divine writ] is indeed a means to know [that] the Last Hour [is bound to come]; [48] hence, have no doubt whatever about it, but follow Me: this [alone] is a straight way.

Quran 5:116-5117 (Asad) AND LO! God said: [139] O Jesus, son of Mary! Didst thou say unto men, `Worship me and my mother as deities beside God'?" [Jesus] answered: "Limitless art Thou in Thy glory! It would not have been possible for me to say what I had no right to [say]! Had I said this, Thou wouldst indeed have known it! Thou knowest all that is within myself, whereas I know not what is in Thy Self. Verily, it is Thou alone who fully knowest all the things that are beyond the reach of a created being's perception.
Nothing did I tell them beyond what Thou didst bid me [to say]: `Worship God, [who is] my Sustainer as well as your Sustainer.' And I bore witness to what they did as long as I dwelt in their midst; but since Thou hast caused me to die, Thou alone hast been their keeper: [140] for Thou art witness unto everything

Following verse 3:55, confirms general law of death that Person can go to GOD back ONLY AND ONLY After death

Quran 3:55
(Asad) Lo! God said: "O Jesus! Verily, I shall cause thee to die, and shall exalt thee unto Me, and cleanse thee of [the presence of] those who are bent on denying the truth; and I shall place those who follow thee [far] above those who are bent on denying the truth, unto the Day of Resurrection. In the end, unto Me you all must return, and I shall judge between you with regard to all on which you were wont to differ.

A Person can enter in spiritual Realm of GOD only after death. Physical body will burn to dust before entering in Spiritual Realm. Just read story of Moses in Quran, when he said, O my Lord: I want to see you. But Allah said: U cannot see me.
Therefore, physical ascension of Jesus (And return), and ascension of Prophet Mohammad on ridiculous flying donkey (Boraaq) in Miraaj are nothing but manufactured illogical, irrational and nonsensical stories. (We own following Pic)
LifeCycle001.png

Quran verse 3:144 makes very clear that Prophets who lived before Prophet Mohammad has been died.

Quran 3:144 (Asad) AND MUHAMMAD is only an apostle; all the [other] apostles have passed away before him: if, then, he dies or is slain, will you turn about on your heels? [104] But he that turns about on his heels can in no wise harm God - whereas God will requite all who are grateful [to Him].

(We own following Picture)
QadKhala3_144Diag01t.png

Verses 3:55, 5:116-117 makes clear that Jesus has been died naturally.

Besides, there is billions of tons historical evidence that Jesus has been died naturally.

Your question about Hadiths Wadu and Prayers:

Hadiths: Prophet never left behind any written hadith. So hadith are apocryphal material concocted 250-400 years after Prophet. U must never built faith on fabrications.

Who Judge from any other BOOK except BOOK of Allah, are Kaafirs 5:44
Because hadithers judge/make laws from hadith books, so as per 5:44, all hadithers are Kafirs.

Verses 5:44, 5:48, 2:213, 6:114, 6:19, 10:15, 4:105, 7:3, 10:109, 5:92, 64:12, 47:2, 50:45, 16:64, 6:155 also repeated confirm that Law is valid ONLY ANY ONLY from Quran.

Wadu: When an hadither raise point about Wadu, he provides 100% proof that he is ignorant about Quran because verse 5:6 tells great smart compact version of Wadu and Ghusal. But fanatics run after fabricated hadith Books and never understand whole Quran in their whole life and die reading & following fabricated hadiths, as a kaafir>>5:44, 6:114

Five daily Rituals: Salat of Quran has no any relation with 5 daily Rituals. That are five Rituals of Zoroastrians that Zoroastrian mother of Caliph Harun Rasheed Abbasi "Khaizran" blended in Islam in 8th Century through forgery of hadith of Miraaj.

Read in dept discussion on 5 Zoroastrian rituals that were blended in Islam by Khaizran at:

U have told truth but that even VERY CLEAR truth does not enter in the empty heads that has been badly misguided and brainwashed by Mullahs and Imams from centuries. Please read our comments and pictures that we have posted below in response of our one friend whom Mullahs has misguided about 43:61. In order to support this fiction of Jesus, Mullahs donot fear Allah at all, and blatantly twist even very clear verses of Quran during translations.

99% English Translations of Quran has been twisted by sectarian translators. But we know Arabic to its roots, so we can catch immediately where they made twists

Different ways to say people died in the Quran, using your verses :

3.144 Muhammad is not but a messenger. [Other] messengers have passed on before him. So if he was to die or be killed, would you turn back on your heels [to unbelief]?

3.144 Wa Mā Muĥammadun 'Illā Rasūlun Qad Khalat Min Qablihi Ar-Rusulu Afa-īn Māta Aw Qutila Anqalabtum `Alá 'A`qābikum
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

33.38 There is not to be upon the Prophet any discomfort concerning that which Allah has imposed upon him. [This is] the established way of Allah with those [prophets] who have passed on before.

33.38 Mā Kāna `Alá An-Nabīyi Min Ĥarajin Fīmā Farađa Allāhu Lahu Sunnata Allāhi Fī Al-Ladhīna Khalaw Min Qablu
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

5.75 The Messiah, son of Mary, was not but a messenger; [other] messengers have passed on before him.

5.75 Mā Al-Masīĥu Abnu Maryama 'Illā Rasūlun Qad Khalat Min Qablihi Ar-Rusulu

Also in an other verse the word used is "halaka" to say someone died :

40.34 And Joseph had already come to you before with clear proofs, but you remained in doubt of that which he brought to you, until when he died, you said, 'Never will Allah send a messenger after him.

40.34 Wa Laqad Jā'akum Yūsufu Min Qablu Bil-Bayyināti Famā Ziltum Fī Shakkin Mimmā Jā'akum Bihi Ĥattá 'Idhā Halaka Qultum Lan Yab`atha Allāhu Min Ba`dihi Rasūlāan

The words used for Jesus :

3.55 [Mention] when Allah said, "O Jesus, indeed I will take you and raise you to Myself

3.55 Idh Qāla Allāhu Yā `Īsá 'Innī Mutawaffīka Wa Rāfi`uka 'Ilayya

-----------------------
5.117 I said not to them except what You commanded me - to worship Allah , my Lord and your Lord. And I was a witness over them as long as I was among them; but when You took me up, You were the Observer over them, and You are, over all things, Witness.

5.117 Mā Qultu Lahum 'Illā Mā Amartanī Bihi Ani A`budū Allāha Rabbī Wa Rabbakum Wa Kuntu `Alayhim Shahīdāan Mā Dumtu Fīhim Falammā Tawaffaytanī Kunta 'Anta Ar-Raqība `Alayhim Wa 'Anta `Alá Kulli Shay'in Shahīdun

------------------------
4.158 Rather, Allah raised him to Himself. And ever is Allah Exalted in Might and Wise.

4.158 Bal Rafa`ahu Allāhu 'Ilayhi Wa Kāna Allāhu `Azīzāan Ĥakīmāan

Exemple of God using the same word as for JESUS in the Quran concerning people who didn't die yet :

6.60 And it is He who takes your souls by night and knows what you have committed by day. Then He revives you therein that a specified term may be fulfilled.

6.60 Wa Huwa Al-Ladhī Yatawaffākum Bil-Layli Wa Ya`lamu Mā Jaraĥtum Bin-Nahāri Thumma Yab`athukum Fīhi Liyuqđá 'Ajalun Musammáan

-------------------------------------

39.42 Allah takes the souls at the time of their death, and those that do not die [He takes] during their sleep. Then He keeps those for which He has decreed death and releases the others for a specified term.

39.42 Allāhu Yatawaffá Al-'Anfusa Ĥīna Mawtihā Wa A-Atī Lam Tamut Fī Manāmihā Fayumsiku Allatī Qađá `Alayhā Al-Mawta Wa Yursilu Al-'Ukhrá 'Ilá 'Ajalin Musammáan

CONCLUSION :

1. The verb Yatawaffa doesn't mean only to make die someone, the translation as "to take the soul" is also correct.
2. The words as death (mawt) or to kill (qattala) or to pass away (qad khala) were never used to describe Jesus in the Quran.

The verse 43.61 wasn't explained by our Quranist brothers.

I think it fairly safe to say that a large portion, not all, of Muslims believe Jesus was raised up to heaven and will return at the end times.

And the biggest religious group Christian believes that Jesus is son of GOD and is also GOD; which is not TRUE. Therefore; you can judge presidential election by majority, but you cannot judge TRUTH by gone-astray majority. So your argument is totally irrational.
Like Christians, majority of Muslims are also blindly following ignorant, and Mullahs has sent them astray from past 1200 years. Majority of Muslims are in fact not Muslims but are Mohammedans.

We have already explained all points in our previous comments. You have very badly twisted translation of all Verses in order to support your fiction.

Word Wafaat appeared in Quran over 25 time, and wafaat is common word, that mean Death, but you twist death as "To take up". Allah will only take up human after his death and not physically. In physical form person cannot enter in Spiritual Realm of GOD. Moses asked Allah, I want to see U but Allah said You cannot see me. Then how Jesus and Mohammad could meet Allah physically?

Word wafat is used in 10:46 for the death of Prophet Mohammad and when same word Wafaat is used in 3:55 and 5:117 for Jesus, you twisters of Book of Allah translate it "To take up"

Word Rafa of 4:158 is used many many time in Quran, and whenever it is used for humans, its meaning is to raise in honor, and never raise physically.

Read our full page dedicated to just one word "Rafa" of 4:158, at:
What is meaning of word RAFA in verse 4:158 of Noble Quran? | Factszz

No any mention of Jesus in 43:61 but U add name of Jesus in 43:61 to support your fiction.

Verse 3:144 makes VERY CLEAR that Prophets before Mohammad has been died. Verse uses word "Qada Khalat">> Passed away and this word is used many times in Quran and its meaning is Passed away>died>finished

When centuries old wax (due to candles) was removed from the stone which is attached to the Grave of Jesus, Professor Fida Husnain (carries 10+ Ph.D's - Top authority on Life of Jesus a living legend) found Foot prints of Jesus engraved on that stone which clearly show, both feet of Jesus that were nailed on CROSS. See injury marks in following original photo of that stone below: Both nails marks on both feet match when one foot is placed over other foot and then one nail is driven thru both feet, as it happened in case of Jesus. Seems, as per advice of Jesus, that engraved stone was attached to his grave after his death, so that, future-generations will recognize who is buried here. He made this stone-sculpture a sign to inform coming-generations, that no one else, but this is me "Son of Mary", who is buried here.
nailsmarksfeetjesus.png

To sump up:
All stories of ascension and return of Jesus are nothing but concocted myth.
Noble Quran the last preserved testament of GOD is truth of all Truths. Quran never denies nailing of Jesus on Cross in 4:157 but denies Crucifixion (to Die on Cross) of Jesus.

Quran later confirms in 3:144, 3:55 and 5:117 that Jesus died naturally and history confirms too, as we have proved in this post. But our idiotic Mullahs and their blindly following desciples very badly twist even very clear verses of Quran in order to make verses fit-able in their fictions that they follow.
To twist Book of GOD in order to win a debate is probably the biggest crime.
