The Riddle Thread

So here is how it goes, submit a riddle and first to solve it, posts another. Obviously it will be hard to post one that isn't quickly answered by an internet search. One strategy to circumvent that is to rephrase a riddle you like so the search engines can't find it.

First Riddle:
Is it against the law for a guy to wed his widow's sister in Brazil?

Going with the "marriage in Brazil" theme, here's one:

A Brazilian man has married over two hundred women. He has never divorced and all the women are alive... yet he has never broken the law. What is the man's profession?

Hint: there may be multiple possible answers.

The sun/a star

try this one:
Paul is 20 years old in 1980, but only 15 years old in 1985. How is this possible?
That is not the answer I had but it will do. My answer was a candle.

I don't know the answer to yours, but it is a good riddle :)

I guess...I've never been good at riddles.... My wife is the expert on them....She's a trivia buff, block breaker, mine sweeper, sodoku....etc..etc..

EDIT: oops...I apologize. I forgot to submit my riddle.

A dead man is found in a locked room, hanging from the ceiling 4 ft. above the floor. The room is completely empty, except for a puddle of water below him. How did he die?
