How about for both? as source of morality is God, to me.
That is your choice, or perhaps your vocation or even calling. I don't quite understand it.

Does God Care for Religion?
Yes G-d cares for the human beings that they obtain nearness to him. Knowing him and getting nearness to him is religion or path the humans have to follow to get bounties from Him. It is inbuilt in the conscience of human beings.
