The Strange Thing about Creationism

Have you read any of my posts where I say I believe in Micro-evolution and Micro-speciation by chance? How do any of these prove that the traits change enough to radically alter the boundaries of the chassis? Do you want to try answering any of the specific questions I've brought up like how rats got wings?

Do you believe dogs and cats are different chassis as you put it?

Here's a devout believer who isn't taking you seriously for all the reasons listed above.

ETA: And painted wolf is a theist.

You are welcome to believe that milk came from sweat and that bats developed wings and that there are no aliens.

Yet some gliders flap and all flyers glide.

So the great spirit made aliens but not us? How did the great spirit make these aliens?

wa:do

The Great Spirit indeed made us, the "Aliens" as I said are called "Angels" in my belief. I take Philo's position regarding the "Angels" as assistants to Creation.

Regardless though, the flying squirrel is nothing like the bat's highly developed true-wings.

And you're welcome to believe that your contributions to this forum are something more than bad jokes.

If you can actually disprove anything I've said then you can call what I said a bad joke. You are invited to show proof of the bat's evolution, and you are welcome to believe purely speculative theory as fact in the face of massive gaps.

Y'know, I hadn't thought of this until a moment ago, but Shermana is actually demonstrating classic conspiracy theorist mentality.

I was on another forum a while back and we were following the 9/11 truth movement, the guys that think the Bush Administration planned the WTC attacks in 2001. We noticed that the people on those forums and websites almost universally accepted other conspiracy theories, (e.g. moon landing hoax, holocaust denial, JFK assassination) and that people on sites for other conspiracy theories almost universally accepted the truth movement.

Creationism has all the landmarks of a conspiracy theory. It's based around the idea that a widely held belief is wrong and that the truth can be found by those who truly believe. Conspiracy theories generally break the population down into three groups: The Bad Guys, the "sheep", and the people who see "the truth". It's a self-superiority thing, since many conspiracy theorists aren't exceptionally successful people they make themselves better than everyone by viewing themselves as one of the select few. Creationists not only get to be part of the select few to see the truth, but they get to go to heaven for it! So basically it only makes sense that Shermana would be advocating one conspiracy theory with another.

Several people have already done that, but there are none so blind as those who will not see.

Rather than actually discussing the facts of anything I said, you use the "Conspiracy theorist" smear and then act as if there's never been such thing as a Conspiracy. Why don't you stick to my actual arguments and the specifics.

And I take evolution to be the process of creation... no angels or aliens needed.

And the flying squirrel is very much like a bat... they can even control the shape and dynamics of their membrane in much the same way as a bat. The Colugo is even more like a bat.

Is that you when I ask you to actually disprove what I say instead of making generaliziations and smears that don't discuss any of the many specific things I've brought up?

If that's your reply to the specifics, well then, time for a victory smoke.

I tried that, but you made it patently obvious that you have no interest in having a real discussion. I've decided to just muse about what it is in your psyche that leads you to these delusions instead.

Ah, and now you've been reduced to "I know you are, but what am I?" Shocking!

Have you read any of my posts where I say I believe in Micro-evolution
But those aren't "microevolution"; they are observed examples of macroevolution (evolution of new species).

and Micro-speciation by chance?
What exactly is "micro-speciation"? Where can I find this term used in any biological context?

How do any of these prove that the traits change enough to radically alter the boundaries of the chassis?
What is "the boundaries of the chassis"?

Do you want to try answering any of the specific questions I've brought up like how rats got wings?
Who said anything about rats growing wings?

Again, we know for a fact that new traits and new species arise via evolutionary mechanisms. So why do you feel traits and species arose differently in the past when we weren't looking?

Yes. But wolves and coyotes and dogs are all the same. Likewise, Tigers and Cats may have had a common ancestor and had different "activated" traits. See my links on Lamarck and Epigenetics.

Watch these then, how dogs and cats and bears diverged, watch them twice.
