I didn't say in OP, if someone exercises and have a strong body, he is weak.
I am talking about worldly power. For example, one may become a boss, and enjoys dominating his workers. Treating then unfairly, and threatening them to fire them, if they say or do anything. This is a type of power I am talking about. Or a tyranny who treats people unfairly, because they possess money and weapons, so, They can do whatever they want with others. This is a type of worldly power. Likewise, trying to possess more and more wealth, because it gives a sense of superiority towards the poor, or even average people. These are some examples of worldly power. The strong is weak, was my allusion for this type of strength or power. I am not talking about Weightlifting. I hope I am little more clear.
Ok, so you think there is no such thing as a boss who possesses the qualities you listed.

I can only guess you never had a good boss, but I have had some good bosses in my view

When a person have a love of leadership and superiority, this is because the Spirit's organs are ill. Spirit has an organ called "humbleness". It has also another organ called "contentedness". When these organs of spirit are ill or weak, the person will go after worldly desires that gives him a feeling of superiority and leadership.
But if the organs of "humbleness" and "contentness" are healthy and strong, the person becomes a humble and happy person.

"He should be content with little, and be freed from all inordinate desire. He should treasure the companionship of them that have renounced the world, and regard avoidance of boastful and worldly people a precious benefit." Baha'u'llah

The Stronger we humans are, the weaker we are in reality.
How do you interpret the above? Sounds like an oxymoron!?

We were in mother's womb, to grow eyes, ears, hands, legs and so forth, so that we have the organs that we need to live when we are born into this world.
I believe we are in this world now, because our Spirit needs grow, so, when we live in the next world, we have the spiritual organs we need (a !Bahai Belief)

Just as our physical body have organs, so does our Spirit (this is an analogy, not a literal fact). Imagine your Spirit have different Spiritual Organs!

The organs of our Spirit are "Kindness, Justness, fairness truthfulness, forgiveness, patience, long-suffering, steadfastness and so forth.

This world is like a womb. In this world the Organs of our Spirit must grow, because those are the Organs it needs to live in the Spiritual world.

When in this world we show kindness. It is our spirit that is kind, not the physical body. It is because the Spirit has an organ, called kindness. When the Organ of Kindness is strong and Healthy, the Spirit makes us do kind acts. If the organ is weak, it cannot make us show kindness.

The physical body only cares about eating, sex, material wealth and power. It is selfish and cruel.

When we show truthfulness, fairness and justice, and other Spiritual qualities, that is due to health and power of our Spirit.

If our Spirit, has weak organs, it cannot show kindness, fairness, truthfulness. Then the Physical body takes control, and does selfish things. It steals, kills, lies, acts cruel to others to satisfy its own selfish desires.

Thus When we are dominating, cruel, Savage, we appear to be strong and Powerful. This power, is due to weakness of Spirit. The body took all the control, and acts selfish and cruel.
But then this physical body dies eventually, and we are left with a Spirit that has weak and ill organs! And so will be our status in the Spiritual world (called hell)

Does this make sense to you?
We are not weak in mentality but physically all people have different stramina so they’re are weaker and stronger.but for mentally I think people are weak because their past is more important than present. They focus more about what had happen then what you can do to change. They they get hurt but some word and keep thinking about it. The more you ignore negative in your life the more happy and healthy and stronger you get. If you had don’t something bad leave it cause past is past even if you cry regret and spend whole life thinking, nothing can done about that.but what you can do is change, as for my opinion regret is good thing because you get to know what you have done. But it’s not the end you have chance to end may the person might not forgive you but aleast forgive past self and live a life.be a better person be happy.

Having a love of superiority is not a spiritual quality, but I'm inclined to think that people who try to make themselves superior to their leaders by trying to imply that all leaders have an illness are simply not humble, they suffer from pride.

Finally I would like to address the love of leadership. This can fall into two types, people simply loving what they are good at (which I do not see as an illness), and those who are attached to leadership such that they are prepared to sell their ethical qualities to obtain or keep their leadership. The latter clearly do not possess ethical qualities although it is worthy of note that leaders of religion be they alleged prophets or other class of divine, or even members of the Baha'i Universal House of Justice are not immune from such attachments in my view.
