The Supreme Court will decide if Donald Trump can be kept off 2024 presidential ballots

Too bad you can't show us that evidence.
There was\is enough evidence against him for a grand jury to bring indictments against him so, yeah.
Prosecutors have audio and video evidence as well as text messages and testimonial evidence backing it up.

Don't worry, the trial is coming up.

It seems to me, that if you did love your country, you probably wouldn't vote for the guy who fomented an insurrection against it, so that he could stay in power, against the will of the people of the country you love so much.
Since nobody fomented an insurrection, your point is irrelevant.

If biden is still fit for office after being officially declared to be a forgetful old man, then Trump is even more fit--and proved it for 4 years.
Meanwhile, biden continues to demonstrate how he is ready for retirement, and more people are noticing.

You seem to have forgotten that the transcript of Hur's interview with Biden was released to the public by the GOP after his report came out. His report characterized Biden's state of mind as that of a forgetful old man--playing into a favorite trope by Republicans. However, Biden was able to answer in great detail on a lot of the questions he was asked. For example, Hur questioned Biden at length about details of the house where documents were found. At one point, Hur was so impressed that he praised Biden's memory:

Hur complimented Biden on his memory. "That was very helpful. We have some photographs to show you, but you have — appear to have a photographic understanding and recall of the house," Hur said.

Interview transcript shows more nuance on Biden's memory than special counsel report

This was pointed out to Hur in the Congressional hearing by a Democratic Congressman, and Hur had to admit that he had said that. It appears that Biden genuinely did not have perfect recall of everything about the classified documents whose existence he himself had voluntarily disclosed to the government. So Hur was referring to those parts of the interview where Biden's memory was not so good, characterizing it as age related. Maybe he thought that Biden was faking a bad memory on those points, but his public report was inconsistent with the taped transcript of his lengthy sessions. Biden was apparently the same age when Hur praised him for having a photographic memory.
