In Gurbani word used for Unapproachable is AGAM GAM =ACCESS , AGAM = INACCESSIBLE

सभ हू दूरि सभ हू ते नेरै अगम अगम घट वासा ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Sabẖ hū ḏūr sabẖ hū ṯe nerai agam agam gẖat vāsā. ||1|| rahā▫o.
He is far from all, and yet near to all. He is Inaccessible and Unfathomable, and yet He dwells in the heart. ||1||Pause||




ਅਗਮ ਅਗੋਚਰੁ ਰੂਪੁ ਨ ਰੇਖਿਆ ॥
अगम अगोचरु रूपु न रेखिआ ॥
Agam agocẖar rūp na rekẖ▫i▫ā.
He is inaccessible and unfathomable, with no form or feature.

ਖੋਜਤ ਖੋਜਤ ਘਟਿ ਘਟਿ ਦੇਖਿਆ ॥
खोजत खोजत घटि घटि देखिआ ॥
Kẖojaṯ kẖojaṯ gẖat gẖat ḏekẖi▫ā.
Searching, searching, I have seen Him in each and every heart





ਓਹੁ ਅਗਮੁ ਅਗੋਚਰੁ ਸਬਦਿ ਸੁਧਿ ਹੋਵੈ ॥
ओहु अगमु अगोचरु सबदि सुधि होवै ॥
Oh agam agocẖar sabaḏ suḏẖ hovai.
He is Inaccessible and Incomprehensible; through the Shabad, understanding is obtained.

ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਸਚ ਸਬਦਿ ਸਾਲਾਹੀ ਹੋਰੁ ਕੋਇ ਨ ਕੀਮਤਿ ਪਾਵਣਿਆ ॥੬॥
अनदिनु सच सबदि सालाही होरु कोइ न कीमति पावणिआ ॥६॥
An▫ḏin sacẖ sabaḏ sālāhī hor ko▫e na kīmaṯ pāvṇi▫ā. ||6||
Night and day, praise the True Word of the Shabad. There is no other way to know His Worth. ||6||

i feel , it means HE IS UNAPPROACHABLE ONE WITHOUT GURU S SHABAD ,

ਅਦ੍ਰਿਸਟੁ ਅਗੋਚਰੁ ਪਕੜਿਆ ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦੀ ਹਉ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਕੈ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀਐ ॥
अद्रिसटु अगोचरु पकड़िआ गुर सबदी हउ सतिगुर कै बलिहारीऐ ॥
Aḏrist agocẖar pakṛi▫ā gur sabḏī ha▫o saṯgur kai balihārī▫ai.
I have seized the Unseen and Unfathomable Lord, through the Word of the Guru's Shabad. I am a sacrifice to the True Guru.

ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਆਗੈ ਸੀਸੁ ਭੇਟ ਦੇਉ ਜੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸਾਚੇ ਭਾਵੈ ॥
सतिगुर आगै सीसु भेट देउ जे सतिगुर साचे भावै ॥
Saṯgur āgai sīs bẖet ḏe▫o je saṯgur sācẖe bẖāvai.
I place my head in offering before the True Guru, if it truly pleases the True Guru.

ਆਪੇ ਦਇਆ ਕਰਹੁ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਦਾਤੇ ਨਾਨਕ ਅੰਕਿ ਸਮਾਵੈ ॥੪॥੧॥
आपे दइआ करहु प्रभ दाते नानक अंकि समावै ॥४॥१॥
Āpe ḏa▫i▫ā karahu parabẖ ḏāṯe Nānak ank samāvai. ||4||1||
Take pity on me, O God, Great Giver, that Nanak may merge in Your Being. ||4||1||

It simply mans UNAPPROACHABLE with the MIND/ ego.
and for that mind to be a no-mind some may say one needs the Guru's blessings!

Unapproachable due to the ONE being omnipresent.

Omnipresence implies infinity and therefore everything that exists must already be within THAT.

There is no movement in space or time that can draw anyone nearer, nor further, for IT is immanent in all things, nor can it be approached in consciousness for IT is one with all consciousness. Of course mortals in their ignorance don't yet understand this and imagine God to be separate from them and the curse of duality keeps them from God.

Actually nothing can ever enter into God for the reasons given above, it already is immanent in all things. What is required is for consciousness that perceives itself separate from God is to realize the error that it is its dualistic mental perception which causes the illusion of separateness.

The seeker is actually seeking THAT which is the doing the seeking.

But this will not be realized until the mind stops seeking and brings the ceaseless movement of mind chasing mind to and end, which is also the beginning,.. but then again also neither for the ONE is transcendent to dualistic conceptions.

The Lord is nondual and so it is already immanent in all things, you say. The question then, for us mortals, is why is it that we miss the Glorious Lord and continue searching in vain? You make the answer clear to the me, in your post, it is due to our mortal ignorance.

What or who exactly comes to know this ignorance and can liberate us from it? What or who is it that is greater than this mere mortal ignorance?

Realisation that we are that same non-dual consciousness is the answer. It is through consciousness that we come to know ourself as that same non-dual consciousness. It is through our consciousness that we merge in the Lord, not through the fact filled mind.

It is through the Lord's grace that we come to merge ourselves in pure consciousness and remain liberated in His bliss. In that consciousness we become conscious of the Unapproachable Lord. So, if you are conscious then be conscious of the Lord night and day....
