If you believe that you are fooling yourself.
It is true that only a small party of it has been fully industrialised. But that small part has become the workshop to the world. And the manufacturer of much of the high tec products used by the west.

They probably can match us as industrial spies, but they also have a larger highly educated population to call on.
It would be foolish indeed to underestimate their abilities in any field of endeavour.
