From Okami, originally for the PS2, but you can also get it on the Wii. Recently, they released a remastered HD version for the PS3. It got (and continues to get) universally positive reviews for its story, art direction, environment, gameplay and music, and the only reason it didn't sell well is because Capcom gave it an advertising budget of 75 cents and a gumball.

From Shadow of the Colossus, for the PS2, but now they have it out for the PS3 as well, as part of a collection. I haven't gotten this one yet, but it got really good reviews.
