Nope, the most you can say with any degree of certainty is that everything that exists is evidence that the universe exists.

More than that is just guesswork and opinion
Certainty has nothing to do with anything. Certainty is your own internal baileywick. It does not determine what is evidence in any way. And the fact that you think it does only shows that you don't understand what evidence is at all.

I think we have a very different threshold of evidence.
My understanding of evidence reads "the available body of facts or information indicating whether a belief or proposition is true or valid" as defined in the OED

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm guessing your threshold for evidence is "what i believe is evidence to suite my belief"
