Biden has not started any wars at all. Only Putin and Israel/Hamas have started wars.

Bush Sr: Iraq, Panama

Bush Jr: Afghanistan, Iraq
Obama: Libya (actually by Nato, led by UK and France), ISIL, Drone strikes
Trump: Drone Strikes (three times more than Obama)
Biden: None

The BBC (UK) reported this new development in fairly high and positive spirits.
Putin has been showering missiles down upon Ukraine without reserve, and the US permission plus the extra funding will help Ukraine get a better deal.... We hear.
I wonder if he is suicidal. Maybe they should put him on suicide watch! Or this is just (one of) his last big middle fingers to the world before he shuffles out of office. Maybe they should force him out to let Harris serve out the rest of his term! I don't know if that would've helped things here, though.

Amd what's he gonna do about it? His military has been so thrashed and trashed by Ukraine that at this point those "Canadian Battleships" in the spoof pictures would pose a serious problem and grave threat to the Russian military amd he's making Xi unhappy by dragging NK into it.
All he has are angry words and hopes he can win by dragging this out (which means he lost).

Obama didn't start ISIS. That was ISIS storming across Iraq and Syria and an international effort against them. And Trump used MOAB against them.

Until I die I will believe Bush Sr's military actions in the Middle East were just a Cold War victory lap to showcase the new toys and prove the US military is just as brutal as ever.
