Not surprised; with my usual ability to get everything totally wrong, and to talk total gibberish, my wife came to my rescue with the title of the song being:-

"You are the wind behind my wings" (found a version by Bette Midler, but I need a 'rock' version..............any ideas whose is the best ?"

Well, it was near enough..........you're my hero is very similar to "You are the wind behind my wings".....:biglaugh:

Edit:-"wind beneath my wings"............. couldn't even get it right.

I don't know. I haven't slept in months, so my brain really isn't functioning properly enough to tell you anything useful.

:biglaugh: I was going to say that song. They made us sing it in primmers but you'd implied it was "rock"... and that's about as far from rock as ya can get Michel. :tsk

BJ Thomas apparently does a country version!

I was just kidding. I didn't sleep for like 30 something hours though, so it just felt like I might as well have not slept for a month. I don't know. I make weird statements when I'm tired. I've gotten some sleep now though, so I think I'll be a little more...sensible.
