Basically what the story is, Josh Homme from Kyuss and Queens of the Stone Age gets groups of musicians he knows together to thrash out ideas, some of the more saleable of which end up on the QotSA albums. The bassist from Kyuss and QotSA Nick Oliveri plays on thema lot and heaps of alt and desert/stoner rock artists have been involved.

I've been a Kyuss and QotSA fan for years, but just started getting into Stoner Rock atm... (quite surprising considering, I've just given up :D ) but yeah..

Just finished listening to Bjork perform live on youtube
