Out of interest, how is your hearing? do you suffer from tinitus?

Nah it's fine. If I have music up loud it's on speakers. My headphones are the sort that plug your ears and so the base is more in the tone than a pulsing on the drum :D

I want long term use outta these babies!

Michel probably thought you went to that live concert you described. Anyways I've only ever been to one concert (been to a few festivals with rock/pop bands but that's uncomparable to a real metal concert :) ) and it was an Opeth (death metal) concert. After the concert during the drive home I had some of the ringing in my ears, but by the time we got home it was already gone. Btw, Opeth rule live, so if you haven't gone to see them yet, do so! :D

They Just played Auckland, but that's 8 hours drive away :( too far + work on the day... was NOT happy.
