Have been listening to a lot of Death lately. Specifically their albums, the Sound of Perseverance, Individual Thought Patterns and Human.

You really DO deserve a spot on my friends list. The Silversun Pick-Ups are AWESOME.

God is an Astronaut -- Remembrance Day
I saw the Silversun Pick-Ups play with Elliott Smith back around '02 at the Silverlake Lounge.

Listening to Marie Laforet:
YouTube - Marie Laforêt - Mon amour, mon ami
...and her cover of Paint It Black. More a reinterpretation than cover though since the lyrics are different- but the vid' is MGS4 so it's all good.

Dean Martin - That's Amore

Hey, the man could sing!
Not only that, he could dance, and he could act, in both comedic and dramatic styles. Dean Martin was an all around top entertainer, and was appreciated by fans of all ages. And on top of all that he was known to be generally a pretty good guy. He had his flaws, like all of us, but he was not mean-spirited or ill-tempered. Also, his reputation as a drinker was mostly a put-on. He did drink socially, but was rarely ever drunk. He liked to use the implication that he was a bit drunk on stage to play up the idea to the audience that anything might happen at any moment. The guy was a pro.
