:biglaugh: GLHF with that my friend... frickin Doom3 Game engine blows goats... hairy goats. Well I spose that's any goat really.

Still playing Quakeworld, Rocket Arena and Team Fortress meself, mostly TFC on the Half-life game engine... it's just prettier ;). Can't believe there's a community going after all these years :eek:. I spose if Camperstrike can hang around for 7...

Hah, yeah. The engine can make pretties, but that's pretty much all it does. Still, Quake 4 is very pretty, even at medium detail. That's about the only reason to play it, though. Except for the giant flying fat man.

I'm surprised that any FPS game, multiplayer or not, has a play life of more than a year or two, honestly. The people who really get into playing them usually have the attention spans of 7 year old kids gone off their ritalin.
