Well, how long has it been since last albumn exactly? Makes sense they'd change a bit. I don't think Vicarious sounds much diff except the vocals.

Oh yeah it's still kinda their style. It just lacks... complexity... thoughtfullness... it lacks Toolishness. Badly lacking.

Poor Chris. Sowy you're so disappointed. I often don't like my favorite bands new tunes at first....it's the expectation. We're expecing too much. One of the downfalls of humanity. Just ask any Buddhist! You need to learn to just 'be' and not expect.
