I call it 'brilliant'!! It's ingenious. It has inspired me to start my own group for young women between the ages of 18 and 24. Please notice the details of Rev. Jim's 'ladies group':

They stay in a hotel for three or four days, errr, evenings too. "The Lord's work is not done in one day," says Rev. Jim. Of course, it isn't. And if I can personally get a dozen or more young ladies to join my group, Eliot's work will not be done in a week. We might just have to conduct a 30-day interactive session.

Rev. Jim says everything will be 'discreet'. It takes quiet and solitude to get close to Jesus. As far as I'm concerned, it also takes long deep-body messages, champagne, chocolate and lots and lots of room service.

So, I am now taking applications. If you are a young lady between the ages of 18 and 24, or 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, actually it really doesn't matter, so if you are a lady and you want to get closer to Jesus, then come do it by spending several days and nights locked inside a hotel with me, Rev. Eliot Wild.

No refunds though special payment arrangements can be negotiated personally at the discretion of Rev. Wild.

I believe a private retreat in the mountains would be a good idea for next years returning participants. :D

As much fun as everyone's having with you, I feel like I should tell you that you've fallen victim to Poe's Law:

The Landover Baptist Church is a fictional[1] Baptist church based in the fictional town of Freehold, Iowa. The Landover Baptist web site and its associated Landoverbaptist.net Forum are a satire of fundamentalist Christianity and the Religious Right in the United States.
