False, no one believes this. This is a false accusation to vilify democrats. If you can't find any actual policies to be critical of I guess you need to invent things.

Even when they lie it's based on helping! When they get rich in government they deserved it because they are helpers! Its just not possible for the (D) dominated media establishment to ever have anything but the best intentions.......because they are helping!

Not all in congress are wealthy. But many have used their positions to attain wealth, or more wealth. If you don't like this then present an argument against it.

One of the few things you've said I can agree with. Trusting Trump (who you referred to as "one of the most trustworthy, honest presidents we have had in American history" in an earlier post), given how many of his lies are well-documented, seems contrary to any sort of reason.

And I've no doubt you know why -- the topic of the thread is easily demonstrated to be true. When you have all the evidence against you on the charge at hand, the only strategy left is to try and pretend it's about something else altogether.

That's why conservatives are always trying to undermine education; the more/better educated someone is, the harder it is to deceive and manipulate them into voting against their own interests, at their own expense.

It's mostly just rhetoric...things they say at any given moment that they think their base wants to hear. So when liberals talk about feelings of say marginalized groups, conservatives will wave that away with things like you mention ("facts don't care about your feelings").

But when the facts aren't what conservatives want, you get the opposite, such as Newt Gingrich saying that he'll go with feelings over facts, Giuliani saying "truth isn't truth", and Kellyanne Conway saying (after being shown wrong) that she's presenting "alternative facts".

It's basically whatever suits their needs at that particular moment.

Do you have examples of news outlets privately ridiculing, mocking, and saying they don't believe a specific narrative about it, but then going on air and repeating that narrative anyways?
