Ah, I think I get it now.

That's one thing that makes me really wonder about God: apparently, He sees all things from all possible perspectives, always.

yes because it would occupy all space/time because all was created/formed from it. this is the only possible way. it is inherent in all things as the name at exodus 3:14 implies.

it is omnipresent and thus it is omniscient because it is all and knows all as itself

and that spirit is that information incorporated/informed. when that information is released from third density that form collapses into some other form that is isn't third density
