The gist is that this twitter account (which is affiliated with a subsection of 4chan [hard to explain, but members who learn right do a lot of trolling and mememaking]). Essentially the tweet is saying, "Liberals want this:" Showing a picture of a Trans person sitting next to someone in a full burqa on a NY subway; as like an insult. Implying, I guess, liberals want everyone to either be trans or a Muslim or something.

People noticed it, and started making fun by being campy and replicating the picture and just adding stuff in their that are just like... so liberal exaggerations of their culture, I guess, you'd say.
