:D I'm very excited for Trump and his potential legacy to start. I actually softened my opinions on government because of this guy. If he does anything he claims I will feel so proud. It makes me happy knowing this country can heal after Obama. The racism of the Democrats and Obama's bigotry need to go.
I agree. Obama has done enough damage. I am glad the Obama's are no longer in the white house anymore. I do think Trump will fix what Obama has done.

So the transfer of power is complete, and I am glad because I have a screaming headache.

Folks from other countries do not undrerstand, we Americans take this election thing as a form of warfare, albeit we are killing each other, it's dead serious business while it's going on and whatever it takes to win.

For us Americans, winning is everything. You foreighners have to understand, we Americans are violent people and have been for 200 plus years. Nothing gives us more glee then to see a bunch of people lined up and hanging from a rope, which is our preferred method of killing even more so than shooting people.

Why? Because essentially we are mostly a bunch of farmers. I know, you will say that you don't see any corn or wheat on that land where our houses and apartments are, just houses and electronic gadgets and stuff.

Don't get me wrong, we Americacs love electronic toys a lot, but we also love that 800 square feet patch of land most are clinging to, that dirt, and yes, you don't see any tobacco or barley or rice or corn or potatos or grapes or fruit trees or apples or whatever popping up on that patch of dirt, mostly you will see some suburbia but ...

... you see. It is there. The tobacco is still there. The rice fields. The corn. The cotton. It's all still there on that patch of dirt.

Only, it's invisible.

We are farmers. Not soldiers. But violent farmers. Don't mess with our patch of dirt. We will hit you over the head with our shovel. We are still farmers but with smartphones. We burn our eyes out staring into a light bulb for years, light bulbs called pc's, laptops, cell phones, but inside we are violent farmers.

As for soldiers, we don't much want to go fight wars, let those soldiers do that. Not that we won't kill people, though.

The most we killed were our other Americans and British. Like The War between the States. Or killing British. But it doesn't mean we don't love our fellows, like we still love our Mother Land the Brits. Yes, we will NEVER abandon our Mother England, there will always be an England to our fighting death and we love our French Norman Kings, but yes, we always kill the one's we love but that doesn't mean we don't love them.

Take our American Indians, for example. Americans love our American Indians even if it sounds horrible to say "our" - in fact we worship them. Sure we took lands, after all we want out 800 square feet of dirt, killed Indians, but we love them more than ourselves and no foreigner better not EVER try to mess with our American Indians or we're going to kill you.

We love our Elvis, Wayne Newton and Frank Sinatra.

And we love to brawl like we love tobacco. No, let the soldiers do their thing not us farmers, but we will kill in so many ways.

The Canadians for example are peaceful. But they have a tiny population and a lot of leg room and land to spread out to.

Not us. We have a huge, diverse, provencial population much larger than 350 million which is a government lie, more like 450 million soon 1 billion farmers with invisible crops and each area is provincial and even though we love being go lucky and eating and we also love our guns. There is no room to be like Canadians.

More than half of Americans no matter what race, religion, or otherwise have PTSD. After a year and a half of the current election WAR - where winning is everything - after months and months, not so much here but on other internet battlefields and the street and money wars and on and on under many names, for my side, the constant battle of whatever it takes, of course I have PTSD.

No problem, my side won. The war isn't completely done, but the main killing fields are though there will be round ups and take no prisoners, but the intial shores of Normandy are done and I need a drink of cognac and a long nap. For now.

Because there is only so much before you go bezerker so with the PTSD I suffer from, I am just glad to now take a nap before the hangings.

Most Americans are like me. Welcome to the O.K. Corral. Sure, anyone of these three, Bernie, Hillary, Trump, would have been just fine.

But for those who do not understand America, understand - that is not the point. We love our horse, a horse race - the number one sport isn't soccer, football, basketball, baseball, no - America's number one sport is auto racing, NASCAR, thoroughbred racing, understand? You pick your bet on your horse and you scream for that horse to the finish line. Whatever it takes.

Because this is America, and my rice is better than your rice. My horse is faster. Got it?

Now time to go to bed. Obama did wonderful, Hillary was marvelous, Trump fantastic, everyone did it proud. But enough for today because I am sick of this **** and am going to bed. Tomorrow is another day. And then in a couple of weeks, we can all start to fight again. Or something to kill this boredom. Because there is one thing I hate more than anything is boredom, even if all this killing **** puts me in my grave.

Sure they do, but not quite as blatantly.

That depends on which side of the fence you are on. IMO the Dems are much worse.

Protectionism has been proven to not work. Read your history books.

It is not about protectionism, it is about fair trade. It has been know for years the Japanese dump steel on American markets. This has ruined most of our steel industry. Some countries put a tariff one goods imported to their country but we do not put tariffs on their goods imported here. l Some countries financially support some industries, making their good cheaper.

Leveling the playing field may mean we pay a little higher price but if it result in better jobs for Americans, our economy will grow and the workers will get higher wages and America will be much stronger.

If the article is accurate, this is a proper move.
Insurance cost should fully cover the risk.
Moreover, it removes a subsidy which fuels real estate inflation at taxpayer expense.
I suspect that other rates such as lending rates will rise as well.
It is necessary to get things back on track.
I wish that we would just print our own money and pay off our debt and never borrow another dime from anyone.

Good news, everyone!
The sun is rising just as it has every previous morning.
The world has not ended.

Odd though....the sunrise is rather mushroom shaped.

I was already having issues with the inaugural speech. I gotta wonder why the rural areas think cities are warzones when the cities voted for Hillary. And to me "america first" is just selfish but I can at least understand the logic.

This is terrifying and ironic, you talking about racism and bigotry with the people trump surrounds himself with.

The people surrounding Trump are awesome. It is ironic people praise Hillary, Obama Clinton and Biden. The Gang of Four is not a four man team of saints. Hillary already praises Robert Byrd (outed KKK member). While Obama is ensuring everyone with a biological tan can never make it to the top.

OH THE IRONY! :fearscream:. It is just pitiful!

Can you please quote where I supported either Obama or Clinton in my posts in this thread? Thank you, wouldn't want us thinking you were making a straw man!

So what do you like about trumps circle? Climate denial? Death to public education replaced with Christian private schools? Is it that you agree with Sessions that a white lawyer defending a black client is a race traitor, or is your agreement with Bannon that Jewish raise terrible children who shouldn't be in public schools? Please, do clarify so we know which disgusting agreements to judge.
