Honestly, pretty much everything. I am definitely happy to continue this conversation in private if you wish. Is there even private chats on these forums? Others I have visited do have that feature.

Yeah, there's Private Messages here. One way of sending someone one is clicking their avatar, then click "Start a Conversation". I'll let someone else tell you how to access the Private Messages you receive as I'm not sure how to explain that part without using a picture. Basically though you click your little avatar icon at the top right of the page to access your notifications. The letter icon is the inbox.

I don't consider this any different than any other "trans" thing.
Sex, species, race, age - what does it matter? It's all the same.
