Yeah, it seems that all those in the bottom 10 just have their state seal on a blue field. I guess they might add some style and pizazz to it.
I think the flag for the Marshall Islands looks pretty cool.

Even considering nationalism, I am unable to see how throwing garbage out the window is an acceptable move... How can one be 'the best' if their home is a dirty, messy place?
It is wrong to do such things, but a case can be made that under Nationalism it is expectable. Under nationalism you get support for its interests, especially to the exclusion or detriment of the interests of other nations. It is best for one nation (yard) to get rid of the trash, who cares if that means throwing it into another nation (yard). It is best for you to get rid of it.
Either way though, IMO, the guy in the flag truck is a jerk

I admit, when I saw the truck, I wasn't surprised to find the guy a jerk. He probably thought I was a jerk, too, coming down the road in my old spray painted van...
