Yeah, that would be interesting vetting that group. They have already though to the best of my knowledge convened two grand juries for Trump, one in New York, and one in Georgia.
Those are the ones that hand out indictments, once they feel the prosecution has a solid enough case to prove the charges it plans to bring. I was on a grand jury before, and while it's not the same as a trial jury, there is still a diversity of views and vetting that goes on. Trials are different though. But we've already seen the tide turn where cops are now being held accountable for their crimes, so I suspect Trump will see some jail time, just like that cop Derek Chauvin who murdered George Floyd got 22 years.
Frankly, I think that is necessary to restore faith in American democracy. Not even the president is above the law, which is something Trump has always cynically assumed about himself. Time for reality to put him where he belongs.
