It wasn't just Obama's deal. Compared to the Singapore meeting between Trump & Kim, the Iranian deal has to be considered golden, which is why the other signatories are still adhering to it.Oh you mean an adviser like the Obama had when he signed the Iran nuclear agreement...
Obama got taken to the cleaners.
Please explain how you consider it "golden" whenIt wasn't just Obama's deal. Compared to the Singapore meeting between Trump & Kim, the Iranian deal has to be considered golden, which is why the other signatories are still adhering to it.
Meanwhile, in Singapore Trump made an absolute fool of himself, and then there's the G-7 fiasco whereas Marcon said Trump was "incoherent". Even many Republicans publicly have said they believe that Trump gave away the ship with Kim, thus getting nothing that can be verified back in return.
There are more inspectors in Iran than with any such previous agreement with any other country in modern times. Do you really think these countries are that stupid, esmith.1. Inspectors are not allowed inside Iranian military sites
2. Iran can "self verify"
That was not part of the agreement, but neither is it with NK.3. Iran can develop ICBM's
That can be renegotiated.4. Iran can develop nuclear weapons at a future date.
Trump gave up a lot with nothing tangible in return. So you would be OK if the same sweetheart deal was given to the North Koreans.
Yep, and the "sucker" ain't me, esmith, and even many Republicans are not happy with Trump's new bromance.Yeah, what is the old P.T. Barnum saying? Something about a sucker is born every minute and the community organizer Obama is a prime example.
You do realize don't you that there has been no agreement signed with North Korea yet. There are more inspectors in Iran than with any such previous agreement with any other country in modern times. Do you really think these countries are that stupid, esmith.
That was not part of the agreement, but neither is it with NK.

Oh come on. It is important to have subject matter experts who can call bull**** on something the president might not know much about. They play an important role here.
Actually there was-- two pages worth. You do realize don't you that there has been no agreement signed with North Korea yet.
Keep telling yourself that as your super-hero continues to praise the likes of Kim, Putin, and Xi, while at the same time dissing our allies. Which side are you on, esmith? This doesn't bother you? Imagine if Obama had sided with these thugs, what would your reaction have been?Yes, I think "these" countries put business dealings above security and all the Obama wanted was something to enhance his legacy......which will be the worst President in modern history.
Actually there was-- two pages worth.
Read: Full text of the Trump-Kim agreementSo what was specified in these two pages that Chairman Kim and President Trump signed.
Be specific, please.
foot in the bucket
To act timidly or cowardly. A batter who steps away from home plate with his leading foot (usually in fear of being struck by a pitched ball) instead of a straight-ahead stride is said to "step in the bucket".
Glossary of English-language idioms derived from baseball - Wikipedia
I don't know if I'd really call him timid about it. I suspect Trump has gotten used to jumping without looking and landing on his feet.
What problems do you have with each of these?. From the article you linked
Typical "esmith"-- never admit you're wrong even when it's obvious you were. What problems do you have with each of these?...
What the hell are you talking about? You have not presented any pros or cons about anything in this thread about the agreement.Typical "esmith"-- never admit you're wrong even when it's obvious you were.
And since I've already posted my pros and cons on the agreement, then there's no need for me to go any further-- at least at this time.
Sorry as my pro-con comment is on a different but related thread. You've seen the con part, and the pro part is my hope that even though this process was done bass-ackwards, plus my feeling that Kim is likely just "playing" Trump, at least there is maybe a possibility that some good could still come out of it.What the hell are you talking about? You have not presented any pros or cons about anything in this thread about the agreement.
Oh, I'll admit I'm wrong when you can prove it......
