Trump has not yet contacted the widow of Corey Comperatore

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
I began my journey a Democrat, then I left the pack a little crossed over into Republican waters. It's nothing unusual. Trump did something similar. The donation was made when he was 17, before he registered to vote. I'm thinking he changed his stance or was too young to have a firm enough grasp on which side he supported most, if any. He contributed to both parties, apparently. One with $15 dollars, the other with his registration of inclusion.
A little something for father, a little something for mother.

People can speculate all they want. Speculation doesn't change facts.

You can speculate he wasn't a repub. Fact is he was registered as one.
You can speculate he didn't like dems. Fact is he donated to them.
Gee, I guess the discussion is over then.
Social media isn't about being social after all.

It's surprising we haven't heard so much as a peep from them. Normally after a high profile shooting happens and the shooter is killed, the parents are on camera saying things like, "We had no idea he was capable of such a thing! We offer our prayers to those who were hurt or killed, and we're doing everything we can to find out how this could possible have happened!"

Why isn't there a media mob stationed outside their home trying to get the parents to come out? Why aren't their friends, coworkers and neighbors being interviewed? That's what is normally seen. Why not now?

How about speculation based on observation? Discussion is what forums like this are made for.

His Dad seemed to live a very conservative lifestyle. He purchased the rifle that was used about 11 years ago, and also had many other firearms. Perhaps he encouraged his son to get registered, and had raised his son on conservative values, and therefore got him registered as a Republican. But the school his son attended in a Democrat state like PA probably fed him democrat food for thought, and that convinced him to be more "democratic".
His Dad's a Libertarian and the democratic donation was practically ancient history in my view

The republican registration was his own choice in my view.
