GMO's should be banned if they're harmful to humans. And Mansanto is a good example of corruption and lobbying congress. Mansanto has even used Fox to do their bidding by lying to the audience about their products.
If America hasn't banned it, it's most likely going to be republicans that are lobbied by Mansanto and other GMO companies to keep them.

In the video you will see George Soros hanging out with Hillary Clinton in Haiti back when she was First Lady. (Fast forward to 4:30). Since we already know most of what is in the interview, perhaps the footage of Soros and Hillary together is why the video was unavailable for so long.

And interestingly, at the very end of the video, a long time observer of George Soros, Jim Grant says: George Soros, in a way, is Donald Trump without the humility.
During the interview, Soros talks about how governments need to regulate against speculators like him (not his exact words). My take is that he wants people like himself regulated to keep out competition. He operates out of the Netherlands Antilles in order to avoid U.S. regulations.
