No. Why would you ask?
Parenthetically:
- the current head of the FBI is Christopher Wray was nominated as Assistant Attorney General by Bush and was picked as Director by Trump and confirmed in the Senate by a vote of 92 to 5, and
- the judge who approved the action is Judge Bruce Reinhart - a Trump appointee.
Lay off the kool-aid and whine less.
Here is one joke
There were various animals living in the woods.
Animals were doing the toilet thing all over the place and it become unbearable.
Thy nominated a bear to be a cop to deal with the issue and the bear made a toilet where animals could do their thing and he enacted a law that all animals must use the toilet.
Now a fox being an insidious animal broke the law and took a s*** in the middle of the woods.
The bear spotted her and so did the fox spot the bear seeing her and it become hot.
The fox come to idea and covered her s*** with hands, the bear approached and asked her what it is hiding.
The fox told she caught a butterfly.
The bear demanded that she move hands away and uncover what it is hiding.
She told it can't because butterfly will then escape.
The bear insisted and was very angry at her for refusing his demand since he is a cop.
The fox listened, uncovered and told the bear, oh gosh, look, now you scared the butterfly and he took a s***.
The bear was baffled since he could not prove the fox wrong.
You see, similarly (in reverse way) did the FBI raid Trump and when they realized they found nothing they come to idea to say that trump "Trump illegally ripped up many documents".
And now what?
While a search warrant does not suggest criminal charges, federal officials looking to obtain one must convince a judge that they have probable cause that a crime occurred.
The bear must prove that a fox did not caught a butterfly.
I'm not saying that Trump indeed stole those documents, I'm saying that the FBI will have a hard time proving anything even tough their raid was legal.
That's how I see all those news.
