Is this guy the rule or the exception? I grew up in a fundie church, and when it came to homosexuality, they would always trot out Bible verses that called for the death of homosexuals. They weren't as blatant as this foul man, but they assented to the notion.

I know about that monster. I'm thinking of three I know about, can't divulge names legally, who really believe homosexuality and the trans thing are sex crimes. If you didn't know their opinion you'd think they were like other everyday people. They definitely wouldn't be associated with that preacher or with groups like neonazis or the Klan.

And ****** means bundle of sticks. The meaning of words change constantly. Even insulting derogatory words evolve into words that are not insults anymore, and words that were not originally insults become insults. (I notice RF won't even let me use that word that people in the UK use for "cigarette")

Like "gay" once meant happy and cheerful without any derogatory meaning, then became an offensive insult to people in the LGBT community, and then became a non-derogatory word that simply describes sexual orientation.
