Trump proves he doesn't believe in God

It's hard to determine what he said.

What's easy to determine is the stuff he says on Twitter. It destroys everyone's benefit of a doubt for him, so that when claims come up, people are reluctant to give a benefit of a doubt.
People tend to believe that which serves them.

I just think that some Protestant Christians want their own Pope in the form of a strong unifying leader etc, and will take anything that fits that description, even if said leader is just pretending to be all of those characteristics.
I think this is what most folks want, not only Christians.

Trump cannot believe in God as he says there will be no God if Biden is elected, obviously there is no God if God can disappear because of an election.

Trump said 'there will be no God' if Biden is elected

He definitely doesn't know much about God or the Bible. I've already deduced that by things he has said.

It is not surprising. Men of the clergy of Christendom today are apathetic to God, don't believe in the Bible, some are outright atheists. I have met some in my witnessing who are such. If the leaders of the Churches don't believe in the Bible they preach, don't even believe in God, how do they expect their followers to?

You miss the point Trump is making

Can you give me a better site that just a picture and MSN viewpoint? I just want to see if it is taken out of context.

Never mind, someone helped already.#12
Curiosity... did you believe it because MSN said it? Or because you have an established perspective?

Trump doesn't believe in God, its pretty obvious otherwise he would know he's going straight to hell.

I think he was trying to say: "With Biden in office, expect prayer to be taken out of American schools, etc, etc."

It came out wrong, as usual, though.
No, Trump is quite deliberate. Although he claims (about COVID-19) that he doesn't want to "create panic," the fact is creating panic among his disciples is a major part of his re-election strategy.

Trump is not himself saying there is no God...
What President Trump is saying...
If Joe Biden is elected Joe Biden will take God out of everything....
So far the democrats have taken God out of the national anthem.. which say
(One nation under God)....
the democrats have taken it out...
So yes Trump is right.. if Joe Biden is elected then there will be no God with
Joe Biden and the democrats...

I'd be happy to have God taken out of everything.
Alas, Biden won't do that.
You have my personal money back guarantee.

He's just doing the same trick all the GOP charlatans do to rile up the slack jawed retards who fellate their guns and worship their Bibles - promote conspiracy theories and fear. I mean, anyone who thinks Trump cares about religion or the 2nd Amendment is a total moron, anyway. He's obviously a functional atheist.

If Joe Biden, a devout Catholic can get rid of God, then God doesn't exist, hence Trump thinks God is not real otherwise how could Joe Biden get rid of him, Trump on the other hand has made a mockery of religion, helping only the rich, and oppressing the poor, that's why true Christians would never think of voting for him.

That seems to be a false claim, because he actually said: "He comes out with a platform...There will be no oil. There will be no God. There will be no guns.". The 'there will be no God' is taken out of context that tells basically, if Biden is elected, Biden and his group will be antitheist and anti-gun owning. In other words, Trump seems to be saying, if Biden is selected, people lose their right to own guns and religious freedom.
In other words, he was using inadequately simple language to convey more comprehensive ideas without much pith, specificity, intellectual content or forethought. I think we should propose that Trump's name be added to the dictionary, and as the definition we use precisely that:

Donald Trump (verb) - using inadequately simple language to convey more comprehensive ideas without much pith, specificity, intellectual content or forethought

No one can take god away from you, nor is anyone trying. What they are doing is upholding the establishment clause of the first amendment. As for "the anthem" I believe you meant the pledge. "Under God" wasn't added until 1954 during McCarthyism.

This is a matter of interpretation.
I could be wrong, but I doubt I am.
I think there are two things that usually are key to not making the mistake of misunderstanding a quote, or putting it out of context, 1) Considering (without preconceived ideas, or prejudice) the character making the quote, and 2) Using reason.

Some people I realize, think Mr. Trump is stupid. I realize they feed into CNN's every hour "All we have to talk about today folks, is Trump... nothing good, of course."
So because people think that everything Mr. Trump says, is stupid, they give little thought to what he is actually saying.
I think Mr. Trump is saying that Biden is a godless man, and hence if elected, will promote a godless ideology that will be bent on eradicating God from society.

Like I said, I could be wrong, but I doubt it.
i don't think Mr. Trump is stupid. I think he understands very well what he is saying, even if he doesn't put it over like the fellow who can articulate words, in a most impressive way, and even when he speaks his mind that may not be clean... like most people.

I am not political. i do not take sides in politics. i do not put my trust or admiration in men.
I am simply stating what I think is an important consideration.
