Trump supports IVF

Many right-wingers support IVF on the basis of it allowing people to enlarge their families. I wouldn't consider it one of the main RW issues as it's quite compatible with some RW worldviews. I don't support it, but I have my own reasons.
Opposing IVF isn't automatically part of the euphemistically-named "pro-life" movement because banning IVF isn't a way to punish women for having "unapproved" sex.

Um, I'm honestly not sure where you're going with this.

Pro-life isn't just religious and not all religious people have issues with certain kinds of sex. Or if they do it's not top of their list.

I've certainly never heard it put the way you just put it.

We can infer it from what the "pro-life" movement supports or doesn't.

There's generally very little support for any sort of action that reduces abortions unless it also makes things worse for people with unwanted pregnancies. This tells us that the cruelty is the point, not preventing abortions.

If some measure would make a pregnant person happier or better off, the "pro-life" movement will generally have no interest in it at all, regardless of how many abortions it would prevent or embryos would be saved.

The dems are blaming Trump and want to use the ruling in Alabama to run on but oops, Trump supports IVF. Says we should make it easy and should help people become parents.

Trump says he supports IVF, but in a sly manner.
The major controversy isn't whether it's allowed,
but in dealing with the embryos.
As things stand in AL, the law would now practically
limit it to a single embryo retrieval at one time.
But if multiple embryos are needed, then this means
multiple phases of hormone treatment & surgery.
This far more costly, inconvenient, & dangerous.

Don't trust his word. There's even a possibility that
his SCOTUS justices would rule that there's no right
to such a reproductive choice at all (because it's not
an enumerate right).
This would open the door to Christian Dominionists
in Congress to outlaw the procedure entirely.
