The economy is fine, could be better. I've seen worse in my lifetime. The border does need to be tightened up a bit. Biden proposed a strong border bill that Trump had his lackeys in Congress shoot down, just so Trump could have "fake" talking points.
The border and economy "crisises" were an exaggeration. You know "woke" was a major issue.
The economy stabilized, inflation slowed down. Of course wages have stagnated while record profits keep soaring.
We're one of the few countries that have faired well economically after the pandemic.
I merely observe what Magas express to me.
It's a deep concern for so many. Not mine.
Those matter too, & they're reasonable concerns,
even if horribly misunderstood by Magas.

One look at the price of goods and services state otherwise. We are not faring well. Not at all.
Also there is no exaggeration with the Border. The border was wide open and out of control. Everyone knows it. That's the facts.
Even with the interview with Harris on 60 minutes, it was stated in no uncertain terms that the Border Invasion had quadrupled in number. That is not at all what I will call an exaggeration. Not by a long shot.

believe the lie, & get worked up over it. Just like the false
claim that the economy under Biden is bad, but hat it was
good under Trump. Unsupportable beliefs, other than citing
personal feelings.
Because Magas are "low information", religious fundies,
& highly tribal. Reality isn't determined by voting, which
only decides who wins office.

your own interests, you actually voted against them.
This is an observed fact.
Some form opinions bsed on imagination. Some base them on false information, like MAGAs do. And the proper way to form an opinion is via facts and data, and critical thinking. This is why we look at who's making an opinion as to whether it has credibility or not. Some members on the forum have reputations for flawed opinions because they are based on disinformation. Opinions are only as good as the facts and data they rely on.
Who cares that you disresepect sound thinkers? That is due to your extreme bias. Can you defend your opinion with facts and a coherent argument? No. The guy has been an effective and popular governor, so what could your opinion be based on other than bias and disinformation?
