Trump tries a stunt at Arlington National Cemetery and it fails horribly:

Two members of Donald Trump's campaign staff had a verbal and physical altercation Monday with an official at Arlington National Cemetery, where the former president participated in a wreath-laying ceremony, NPR has learned.

A source with knowledge of the incident said the cemetery official tried to prevent Trump staffers from filming and photographing in a section where recent U.S. casualties are buried. The source said Arlington officials had made clear that only cemetery staff members would be authorized to take photographs or film in the area, known as Section 60.

When the cemetery official tried to prevent Trump campaign staff from entering Section 60, campaign staff verbally abused and pushed the official aside, according to the source.

Here is the problem. It is illegal to use Arlington National Cemetery in that manner. Filming for campaign ads is not allowed there.

There is a bit more detail here, but it is a "leftist" source:

Supporting Trump and supporting the troops are mutually exclusive.

This spectacle of disrespect comes as no surprise given his past remarks regarding KIA and POWs, referring to them as "suckers and losers'.
Let's not forget that republicans love to cut funding for veteran benefits and assistance programs.

How did we as a nation reach a point where almost half of Americans fail to see a disastrous dumpster fire as a bad thing?

He never called them "suckers and losers" The claim is on two different conversations he called then "suckers" and "losers". That claim has not been verfied.

In sum, the claim stemmed from a story by The Atlantic, which relied on anonymous, second-hand reports of Trump's alleged words; there was no independent footage or documented proof to substantiate the in-question comments; and Trump vehemently denies that he once called service members "losers" and "suckers." While it was certainly possible that he said those things, Snopes was unable to independently verify the claim.

And it has not been proven false, so it is up to the individual to determine who is more reliable, Trump or the anonymous source. Considering I did hear Trump's disparaging comment on Senator McCain POW experience, I'll give the anonymous source my benefit-of-doubt.

You cannot claim that. The Snopes article does not refute the claim. It only says that it was not substantiated. The accusations were anonymous. But that does not mean "anonymous" as they would be if they originated here. A reporter that regularly interviews and talks to Trump workers made that claim, but his source did not want his name out there. That sort of "anonymous" claim is more reliable than an internet anonymous, but it is not considered proof that Trump said it. It is merely likely true. It does fit with Trump's character and the event that led up to it. Biden did go a bit overboard in citing it as a fact. For a fact you need more than an anonymous claim from an unnamed Trump worker.

So did Trump say that? We cannot know for sure.

He said this garbage:
In his first response to a searing charge at the Democratic National Convention from Khizr Khan, the father of a Muslim soldier killed in Iraq, that he "sacrificed nothing" for his country, Donald Trump claimed that he sacrificed by employing "thousands and thousands of people." Also, he suggested that Khan's wife, Ghazala Khan, didn't speak at the convention because she was forbidden to as a Muslim and questioned whether Khan's words were his own.
Presidential candidate Donald Trump sparked yet another backlash among his fellow Republican candidates Saturday when he said that Sen. John McCain was only considered a war hero because he was captured - and seemed to mock him for that fact.
President Trump has sparked a new wave of criticism over his treatment of members of the military after suggesting he may have caught the coronavirus from Gold Star families.
The interview provides a deep dive into the disheartening moment when Trump reportedly made disparaging remarks about Captain Avila, who had been gravely wounded after completing five combat tours and had appeared alongside Trump and Milley at a ceremony. According to General Milley, Trump asked, "Why do you bring people like that here? No one wants to see that, the wounded." He further implored Milley never to allow Captain Avila to make another public appearance.
The man clearly has no respect for the military. And as for the quote in question?
Former Trump White House chief of staff John Kelly is blasting his onetime boss over disparaging remarks he says the then-president repeatedly made about service members and veterans and for what he called Trump's untruthfulness about his positions on various groups as well as on abortion.

In a statement to CNN published Monday, Kelly delivered a scathing criticism of former President Donald Trump while confirming reporting in The Atlantic in 2020 that detailed the comments he made during his presidency.

"A person that thinks those who defend their country in uniform, or are shot down or seriously wounded in combat, or spend years being tortured as POWs are all ‘suckers’ because ‘there is nothing in it for them,'" Kelly said of Trump. "A person that did not want to be seen in the presence of military amputees because ‘it doesn’t look good for me.’ A person who demonstrated open contempt for a Gold Star family — for all Gold Star families — on TV during the 2016 campaign, and rants that our most precious heroes who gave their lives in America’s defense are ‘losers’ and wouldn’t visit their graves in France.”

Wow! Big yellow letters and a big yellow arrow means big worthless propaganda video.
Perhaps. I said that it was a left wing source. But they are lawyers too, so when it comes to matters of law they are usually correct. You really have no clue if it is propaganda or not. But you are perfectly justified if you do not want to watch it. It goes into what they did that was illegal.

There was this as well:

"...the former president was recognizing Miriam Adelson in the audience who he awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom during his time in office. As he described the medal as the civilian version of the Medal of Honor, he went on to opine that the Medal of Freedom was 'much better' than the military’s top award, because those awarded the latter are, in his words, ' … either in very bad shape because they’ve been hit so many times by bullets or they’re dead.' He continued by comparing Miriam to MoH recipients saying, 'She gets it and she’s a healthy beautiful woman. They are rated equal.'"

Being absent isn't the same as saying she's also sacrificed to the parents of those killed.
And first *** wiper? You need to work on your reading comprehension because I said no such thing.

I remember so clearly what he said about Senator and former POW John McCain:

"He was a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren’t captured."

I remember ever so clearly the words of General George S Patton....

“No dumb ******* ever won a war by going out and dying for his country. He won it by making some other dumb ******* die for his country".

It's good to see good quotes are still surviving in the modern era.

Anti-Semite Patton also said shell shock was an "invention of the Jews." Very MAGA.

You should try to avoid bogus news sources. That source failed when it tried to put the blame on Biden. It was Trump's plan. Trump was a coward and would not go through with it.
